Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the the proceeding in Court may be pleased to Suspend High Rc.No.01/2023/PACS/Estt, dated 01-03-2023 and direct the respondents to continue into the services of the petitioner by rising the age of superannuation from 60 year to 62 years as per G.O.Ms.No 15 Finance (HR.IV-FRandLR) Department dated 31-01-2022 and as per G.O.Ms.No. 15 dated 04.02.2019, G.O.Ms.No. 36 dated 01.03.2019 and in the 5^th respondent society, pending disposal of WP No.7226 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

ORDER:

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Govemment PIeader for Co-operation appearing for respondents appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be an intelrim direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner into service till he attains the age of superannuation of 62 years, as per G.O.Ms.No.15, 'Finance (HR.IV-FR&LR) Department, dated 31.01.2022 pending disposal of the writ petition."
