    1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. Assistant
    1. The petitioner was arraigned Bhavanipuram Police Station, Vijayawada as Accused in Crime No. 125 of 2025 of registered for the alleged offences under Sections 318(4), 79, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The learned counsel for the difference in financial transactions between petitioner submits that there is a the petitioner and the 2"^^ respondent, the petitioner was falsely Implicated in the present case. The teamed counsei further submits that the the petitioner are punishable below 7 direction to the police to follow the 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita offences alleged against yoars and therefore, seeks a procedure provided under Section , 2023.
