This Court vide order dated 28.12.2023 in W.P.No. 15794 of 2016 directed the 3'"'^ respondent therein to pass appropriate orders on the letter submitted by the 4'*^ respondent dated 30.12.2003, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of <sup>a</sup> copy of the order, keeping in view of the judgments.

Now, the learned counsel for the respondent has produced the proceedings dated 18.09.2024 which alludes that the respondent has complied with the orders of this Court.

As the respondent has complied with the orders of this Court, nothing remains in the contempt case for further adjudication.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 18.09.2024, he is at liberty to assail the same. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
