Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to allow the Civil Revision Petition by set aside the decree and order dated 14-02-2024 passed in IA.No.22 of 2024 in OS.No.45 of 2023 on the file of the court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal and consequently dismissed the above said IA filed by the respondents

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings in OS.No. 45 of 2023 on the file of the court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal, pending disposal of CRP No. 623 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.

Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of the High Court dt 22.03.2024 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri B S REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner, the Court made the following;

ORDER:

"Today when the matter is taken up, Ms.Ayesha Azma, learned counsel, represents that she has filed vakalat on behalf of the respondent vide U.S.R.No.42582 into the Registry.

The Registry is therefore directed to verify and print the name of Ms.Ayesha Azma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Post after two (2) weeks.

Interim order granted earlier is extended till then."
