WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate SRI B S REDDY presented this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to allow the Civil Revision Petition by set aside the decree and order dated 14-02-2024 passed in IA.No.22 of 2024 in OS.No.45 of 2023 on the file of the court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal and consequently dismissed the above said IA filed by the respondents

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri B S REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondent herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted

are be and hereby directed to show cause either appearing in person or through an Advocate, as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the memorandum of grounds filed therewith(copy enclosed) this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted on or before 26.04.2024 to which date the case stands posted for hearing.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings in OS.No. 45 of 2023 on the file of the court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal, pending disposal of CRP No. 623 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.

The Court made the following order:

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take out personal notice on the respondent by registered post with acknowledgement due and file proof of service into the Registry.
