HIMABINDU presented this Petition Under Section 24 of C.P.C, R/w 151 CPC Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed there with, the High Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No. 20/2022 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Dharmavaram, Ananthapur District and Transfer the same to the file of the II Addl. District Judge, Adhoni, Kurnool District.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Smt. V HIMABINDU Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this TRANS. CIVIL MISC.PETITION should not be admitted.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay of all further proceedings including appearance of the petitioners in O.P.No. 20/2022 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Dharmavaram, Ananthapur District pending disposal of TRCMP No. 100 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.
