WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri C SHARAN REDDY presented this Revision filed under Section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., against the Order of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (For Prohibition & Excise) Kurnool, in Crl.M.P.No. 1350 of 2008 in C.C.No. 334 of 2007, dated 8<sup>th</sup> day of September, 2008;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and the earlier Orders of the High Court dt.15.11.2008 & 29.01.2009 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C SHARAN REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondent No.1 herein to show cause as to why this CRIMINAL REVISION CASE should not be admitted.

You viz:

Ramavath Venkata Lakshmi Bai, (L.W.1) W/o. Rama Raju, aged 20 Years, R/o. Sri Lakshmi Nagar, Kurnool Town.

are be and hereby directed to show cause either appearing in person or through an Advocate on or before 03.03.2025 to which date the case stands posted as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the memorandum of grounds filed therewith (copy enclosed) this CRIMINAL REVISION CASE should not be admitted.

CRL.M.P.NO.2285 OF 2008:

Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings including the appearance of the petitioners in C.C.No.334 of 2007 on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, (Prohibition & Excise), Kurnool, pending disposal of CRLRC No. 1659 of 2008, on the file of the High Court.

The Court made the following ORDER:

"It is brought to the notice of this Court that Mr. M.Jaya Ram Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.1 in this Criminal Revision passed away.

Issue notice to respondent No.1 requiring her to engage a counsel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is also permitted to take out fresh personal notice through Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due on respondent No.1 and file proof of service in the Registry.

Post on 03.03.2025.

Interim order was passed on 15.11.2008 by this Court. Further extension of the Interim order until further orders was passed on 29.01.2009. The said order is extended until further orders inasmuch as the revision was filed against the order in Crl.M.P.No. 1350 of 2008 in C.C.No.334 of 2007 dated 08.09.2008 passed by the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (for Prohibition & Excise), Kurnool

whereunder the learned Magistrate dismissed the petition filed under Section 239 of Cr.P.C for discharge of petitioners who were figured as A4 and A5, being the sisters of A1, in Crime No. 88 of 2005, Kurnool III Town Police Station, Kurnool."
