		It is brought to the notice of this Court that
		Mr.<br>M.Jaya<br>Ram Reddy, learned counsel for respondent
		No.1 in this Criminal Revision passed away.
		Issue notice to respondent No.1 requiring her to
		engage a counsel.
		Learned counsel for the petitioner is also permitted
		to take out fresh personal notice through Registered Post
		with Acknowledgment Due on respondent No.1 and file
		proof of service in the Registry.
