		petition.
		Orders will be passed in the I.A. as well as in the
		main Criminal Petition<br>on 03.04.2025.

		The<br>Learned<br>Senior<br>Counsel<br>for<br>the<br>petitioner
		submits that the petitioner's father sustained an injury.
		However,<br>according<br>to<br>the<br>prosecution's<br>case,<br>the
		petitioner is not arrayed as an accused. As such, there is
		no threat of arrest, and no notice has been issued to the
		petitioner.

		Considering the above submissions, this Court is of
		the opinion that no arrest shall be made of the petitioner.
		The Investigating Officer concerned is hereby directed to
		refrain<br>from<br>taking<br>any<br>coercive<br>action<br>against<br>the
		petitioner/accused in relation to Crime No. 21 of 2024,
		registered at the CID Police Station, Mangalagiri, Guntur
		District, until 03.04.2025.
		Both<br>parties<br>are<br>directed<br>to<br>file<br>their<br>written
		submissions, if any,<br>by 28.03.2025 after exchanging it to

		otherside, otherwise, it will not be taken into consideration.
