HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B. KRISHNA MOHAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.177 of 2015

ORDER:

This Criminal petition arises against the filing of charge sheet in PRC.No.15 of 2006 in Crime No.47 of 1989 of Addateegala Police Station, East Godavari District for the offences punishable under sections 147, 302 r/w section 148 IPC and sections 25 and 27 of Indian Arms Act.

No representation when the matter is called through video conference on 03.11.2020. Hence it is posted to today, under the caption "for dismissal'. But today also there is no representation when the matter is called through video conference.

On perusal of the record, it is noted that the petitioner herein is shown as Accused no.6 in the said PRC No.15 of 2006 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Addateegala, East Godavari District for the offences punishable under sections 147, 302 r/w section 148 IPC and sections 25 and 27 of Indian Arms Act. The police after conducting investigation filed the above charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Addateegala. A reading of the said charge sheet discloses the commission of these alleged cognizable offences which has to be tried in accordance with law, to meet the ends of Justice. Since the petitioner herein has not made out any case for interference of this court, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
