ORDER:

The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-

"...to issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or $3^{rd}$ respondent proceedings $of$ the declaring direction Rc.No.1239/Estt.IV/2019 Dt 06.03.2020 appointing the 4th respondent on deputation as District Co-Ordinator, APOSS, YSR Kadapa District in the place of petitioner during the existence of election code issued by the AP State Election Commission and also contrary to Transfer Policy of Government Employee and to declare the same as illegal malafide and discriminatory....."

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Government $2.$ Pleader for School Education produced a copy of instructions of the District vide District-5<sup>th</sup> respondent YSR Educational Officer, Lr.Rc.No.423287/C3/2021, dated 24.02.2024, by duly enclosing a letter dated 17.07.2021 submitted by the petitioner to the 5<sup>th</sup> respondent, wherein it is stated that the petitioner is intending to withdraw this Writ Petition on his personal reasons.

Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There 3. shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
