Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings Rek.No.29/2020 dt-22-02-2021 of the 4^th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, malafide, without jurisdiction, in violation of principles of natural justice and in violation of Art.14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land in Sy.No.334-1A and 334-2A an extent of Ac.0.11 3/4 cents of Anantapur Town and Mandal, Anantapur District in the interest of justice

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land in Sy.No.334-1A and 334-2A an extent of Ac.0.11 3/4 cents of Anantapur Town and Mandal, Anantapur District in the interest of justice, pending disposal of WP 7711 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI S D GOWD Advocate for the Petitioner, and of SRI V VINOD K REDDY, Standing Counsel for respondent, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

"Print the name of Sri V.Vinod K Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent – Gram Panchayat.

Sri V. Vinod K Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondent – Gram Panchayat and requested time to seek instructions.

Post the matter on 15.04.2021.

Meanwhile, there shall be interim direction to the respondents not to take any coercive steps to demolish the boundary wall in the disputed site, till the next date of hearing".
