Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents herein to forthwith release the lumpsum contract running account bills dated 29.11.2018/17.12.2018 Rs. 28,51,791/- and Rs. 24,36,974/- for executing the contract works "1) Construction of Check dam across Mamidikaluva near Manavali Village in Ozili Mandal, SPSR Nellore District covered under agreement No. 18SE/2018-2019 and 2) Construction of Check dam across Mamidikaluva near Manavali H/W Manavali Village in Ozili Mandal in SPSR Nellore District covered under agreement No. 19SE/2018-2019" to the petitioner along with interest @ 12 % p.a. to the petitioner from the dates of the bills, pending disposal of WP No. 7991 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The court, while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

In the circumstances, the respondents are directed to pay the approved and final bill amounts due to the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
