WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate SRI T DIWAKAR REDDY presented this Petition under Section 115 of C.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to allow the revision and set aside the warrant of committal of Petitioner/Judgment Debtor to jail (O.21,R.40 CPC) dated 20.02.2024 in EP 124 of 2022 in OS No.69 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool and grant.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T DIWAKAR REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondent herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted.
