be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature $\sqrt{ }$ of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the $1^{st}$ respondent in acting upon the complaint dt 11.03.2024 against the $2^{nd}$ respondent who outterly failed to conduct elections as stipulated under the Byelaws for the year for the year 2024-2025 and to appoint an Adhoc Committee from the senior members of the Association to manage the affairs of the Bar Association and to conduct elections, as illegal, arbitrary, against all cannons of fair play and natural justice and contrary to the model byelaws of the Bar Council of State of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi and also offends Article 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No 1 to appoint an Adhoc Committee from the Senior Members of the Andhra Pradesh High Court Bar Association to manage the Affairs of the A.P. High Court Advocates Association and to conduct elections for the year 2024- 2025. $\angle$
