WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri SANTHI CHANDRA presented this Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to quash the proceedings in the Charge sheet in the CC No. 1419/2022 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Nellore in FIR. No. 12 of 2022 dt. 29-03-2022 on the file of the Disha Women PS, Nellore, Nellore District, for offence U/sec. 498-A, 506 IPC, and Sec 3 & 4 of D P Act, 1961 against the petitioners/A3 & A4.
