No. 12 of 2022 dt. 29-03-2022 on the file of the Disha Women PS, Nellore, Nellore District, for offence U/sec. 498-A, 506 IPC, and Sec 3 & 4 of D P Act, 1961 against the petitioners/A3 & A4.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. Santhi Chandra, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following

Learned counsel for the Petitioners iS Permitted tO take Out Personal notice to Respondent No.2 by Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due and file proof of service within a period of three (3) weeks.
