Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in Charge sheet in CC No. 1419/2022 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Nellore in FIR.No.12 of 2022 dt 29.03.2023 on the file of Disha Women PS, Nellore, Nellore District, for offence U/sec. 498-A, 506 of IPC, and Sec 3 & 4 of D P Act, 1961 against the petitioners/A3 & A4 including their personnel appearance, pending disposal of CRLP 1991 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. Santhi Chandra, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following

ORDER:

'lLearned Assistant Public Prosecutor takes notice On behalf of lSt Respondent and seeks time tO get instructions.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners iS Permitted tO take Out Personal notice to Respondent No.2 by Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due and file proof of service within a period of three (3) weeks.

There shall be an interim stay Of all further proceedings in C.C.No.1419 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, NeIIore, in respect of petitioners herein i.e., A3 and A4 only, for a period of eight (8) weeks.

Post after six (6) weeks."
