Petition under Section 151 of CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant temporary injunction restraining the respondents, their men or successors from in any way proceeding with further construction in the plaint schedule property, Pending disposal of CMA No. 104 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.
