WHEREAS the Petitioners/Accused above named through their Advocate Sri TURAGA SAI SURYA presented this Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to call for the records in FIR NO.680 of 2022, Dt. 1.6-10-2022 on the file of the Station House Officer, Ongole Taluq Police Station, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh and quash the same in so far as the Petitioners/ A-3, A-4, A-6, A-7, A-8, A-9, A-10, A-ll, A-12 and A-13 are concerned as the same is illegal and abuse of process of law;
