the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay of all proceedings including arrest in Cr.No. 154 of 2024, on the file of Ramabhadhrapuram Police Station, Vizianagaram District against the petitioners/Accused, Pending disposal of CRLP 2707 of 2025, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI K NARSI REDDY Advocate for the Petitioners, PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent No.1 and the Court made the following
ORDER
"The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are arraigned as Accused Nos.1 and 2, in C.C.No.154 of 2024, on the file Ramabhadhrapuram Police Station, Vizianagaram District, for the alleged offences under Section(s) 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, "BNS").
It is submitted that the allegations, even as per the compliant, would not imply that the petitioners have committed forgery of a purported document. Even as per the complaint, the de facto complainant has stated that <sup>a</sup> document signed by them from the USA was sent via whatsapp to the petitioners.
The learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the complaint is vague and appears to have been filed out of vengeance.
It is further submitted that the complaint was filed solely based on an apprehension when the 2"'* respondent was in India.
Considering the submission, there shall be a stay of all further proceedings in C.C.No.154 of 2024, on the file Ramabhadhrapuram Police Station, Vizianagaram District.
In the meanwhile, the learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to take out personal notice on the 2 and file proof of service in the Registry nd respondent by RPAD
