The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973^ has been filed, by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2, seeking quashment of the proceedings against them in Crime No.420 of 2021 of Mydukur (U/G) Police Station, YSR District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 156(3) of the Code.
