ORDER:

This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 22.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29008 of 2023.

On 18.11.2024, this Court passed the following order:

"Learned counsel for the respondents represents that the orders of this Court are complied with.

In view of the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time for getting instructions whether the orders of this Court are complied with or not.

For getting instructions, list the matter on 25.11.2024. "

Even though, no instructions are received from the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits the orders dated 22.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29008 of 2023 are complied with, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

In view of the compliance reported by the respondents, no further orders are necessary. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
