Learned counsel appearing for the appellants prays for<br>an interim order as a direction was issued for appointment of<br>the writ petitioner within a period of six weeks.<br>Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that till<br>the Court takes up the appeal for admission and disposal on<br>05.05.2021, the writ petitioner will not file any contempt<br>case and, therefore, no interim order is called for.<br>Since we have fixed the matter for final disposal on<br>05.05.2021 and in view of the above submission made by<br>the learned counsel for the respondent/writ petitioner, we do<br>not consider it necessary to pass any interim order at this<br>stage. | |||
