HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE No.844 of 2022
ORDER:
This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 09.12.2021 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.25528 of 2021.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 09.12.2021 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.25528 of 2021, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
