WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through her Advocate SRI R SIVA SAI SWARUP presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to Issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the Nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the $3^rd$ Respondent prosecution agency directed the $4^th$ Respondent Bank to freeze the Bank Accounts of the Petitioner in connection with the Crime registered by CID P.S. Mangalagiri and in response to the same the 4^th Respondent Bank Freezed the Petitioner's Savings Bank as well

Current 923020033146809 as Accounts No 923010028890527 920020057275609 informed the same to the Petitioner through the Lr dt.06-02-2025 without obtaining any Order from the Competent Magistrate, Without following the Procedure under law all are Illegal, Unlawful, Violation of Principles of Natural Justice, Violation of Article 14,19,21 of the Constitution of India, Consequently direct the Respondents 3 and 4 to defreeze the Petitioner's Savings Bank as well as Current Accounts No 923010028890527 923020033146809 and 920020057275609 there by permit the petitioner to Operate the Savings Bank and Current Account in the interest of the justice.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri R SIVA SAI SWARUP Advocate for the Petitioner, and of GP FOR HOME for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3, directed issue of notice to the respondent No.4 herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
