Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings in CC 332 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Puttur, Chittoor, pending disposal of WP No.5257 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.
