Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds of criminal petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant interim stay of all further proceedings in CC No 420 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, including appearance of the petitioner/accused no.3 herein, pending disposal of the above criminal petition.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the memorandum of grounds of criminal petition and the order of the High Court order dated 17-04-2019 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C.Raghu, Advocate for the Petitioner and Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following.
