WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri P V A Padmanabham, presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2^nd respondent in not mutating the names of the petitioners in respect of properties viz. residential house bearing D.No.14-2-49, situated in ward no.3, Krishnanagar/ Brindavan gardens, Guntur, and Residential Flat No.201, in Mls Vijaya Homes with Municipal No. 1-1-52, SVN Colony 1st Lane, Guntur in the records of the 2^nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Art. 14 of the Constitution of India and ultra-virus their powers, ultra vires the provisions of the GHMC Act 1955. $\sim$

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P V A Padmanabham, Advocate for the Petitioners, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted. $\sim$
