WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri.N.Ashwani Kumar presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in failing to conduct an enquiry into the leak of privileged communications between the Petitioner herein and His Excellency the Hon'ble Governor of Andhra Pradesh, more particularly, the recent communications of the months of January, February and March, as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 243K of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 1 & 4th Respondents to enquire/investigate into the leak of privileged communications between the Petitioner and His Excellency the Hon'ble Governor of Andhra Pradesh:

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri.N.Ashwani Kumar Advocate for the Petitioner, Sri Harinath N., learned Assistant Solicitor General, for Respondent No.1, Learned Advocate General, for Respondent No.2, Sri Karthik, learned counsel for Respondent No.3, Sri Chenna Kesavulu, Special Public Prosecutor for Respondent No.4, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
