It is brought to the notice of this copy of the said order is placed on record. Eventually, a request is made by the learned Government Pleader I to pass similar order in this case also. Court by the learned Government Pleader that in similar circumstances, L.A.A.S. No. 206 of 2006 came to be dismissed vide order dated 12.08.2022 as withdrawn. A

Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein and also taking into account the submissions of the learned Government Pleader, permission is accorded to withdraw the Appeal.

Accordingly, the Land Acquisition Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand
