Whereas the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri Parthasaradhy Achuta presented this Revision filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the CriminalRevisionCase, the High Court may be pleased to allow the Criminal RC and to set aside the orders and decree in M.C.No.80/2017 on the file of the Principal Judge Family Court-IV Additional District Judge, Vijayawada and to grant maintenance of Rs.4 Lakhs per month to the Petitioner is the circumstances of the petition and in the interest of justice.

And Whereas the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Parthasaradhy Achuta Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecutor for Respondent No.1 directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this CRIMINAL REVISION CASE should not be admitted.
