Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the order. and decree in CMA No.19/2016, dt.08-02- 2021 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Kurnool at Adoni, pending disposal of CRP No. 357 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of both learned counsel, this Court is prima facie satisfied that there is sufficient cause for grant of interim relief.

Hence, there shall be an interim suspension of the order and decree in C.M.A.No.19/2016, dated 08.02.2021 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Kurnool, at Adoni.
