		Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned
		Government Pleader for Services-I, learned Government
		Pleader for Services-IV and Sri Venkata Reddy Chittem,
		learned Standing Counsel for APMSIDC.
		Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit
		that in similar circumstances, this Court granted an
		interim order, dated 24.01.2023 in W.P.No.1547 of 2023
		and requested to pass a similar order in this writ petition
		also.
		Hence, in view of the aforesaid order, this Court is
		inclined to pass a similar order in this writ petition also.
		Therefore, there shall be an interim direction to the
		respondents to continue the petitioner in service beyond
		$60$ years and till the age of $62$ years in terms of
		G.O.Ms.No.15, dated 31.01.2022.

		List the matter after four $(04)$ weeks.
		In the meanwhile, learned Government Pleaders
		are directed to file counters.
