		Heard both sides.
		Learned counsel for the petitioners<br>would
		submit that, in similar circumstances, this Court
		passed an interim order in W.P.No.36369<br>of 2022
		dated 10.11.2022,<br>directing the respondents therein
		to pay the Minimum Time Scale to the petitioners
		therein during pendency<br>of that Writ Petition.
		Hence, in view of the aforesaid order dated
		10.11.2022<br>passed by this Court in W.P.No.36369<br>of
		2022, this Court is inclined to pass the same order
		in this case also.
		Therefore, there shall be an interim direction
		to the respondents<br>to pay<br>Minimum Time Scale(MTS)

to the petitioners taking into consideration 11th PRC
in<br>the<br>light<br>of<br>G.O.Ms.No.5,<br>dated<br>17.01.2022
during pendency of the present Writ Petition.
