Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affldavI't filed thereWith, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide R.C.No.1977/2024C dated 10.02.2025, thereby cancelling the managing committee of the petitioner society and appointing the 3rd respondent as special officer of the society and consequential notice issued by the 3rd respondent dated 20.02.2025 as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, violative of principles of natural justice and offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently set aside the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 10.02.2025 and consequential notice dated 20.02.2025 of the 3rd respondent .

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances Stated in the affidavit filed in Support Of the Petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide R.C.NO.1977/2024C dated 10.02.2025 and consequential notice of the 3rd respondent dated 20.02.2025, Pending disposal of WP 5741 of 2025, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of the High Court dated 10.03.2025 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri SRINIVAS AMBATI Advocate for the Petitioner and of GP FOR COOPERATION for the Respondent, the Court made the following.

ff Heard Sri Srinivas Ambati, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri A. Krishna Kishore, learned Assistant Government PIeader for Cooperation and Sri J.U.M.V. Prasad, learned Counsel appearing for the Caveator.

2. Sri A. Krishna Kishore, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Cooperation has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Ongole (Respondent No.2), dated 12.03.2025. Copy of it is served on the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record.

3. Sri J.U.M.V. Prasad, learned Counsel submits that he has filed the Caveat and representing the Caveator.

4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the Writ Petition to the Caveator.
