Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affldavI't filed thereWith, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide R.C.No.1977/2024C dated 10.02.2025, thereby cancelling the managing committee of the petitioner society and appointing the 3rd respondent as special officer of the society and consequential notice issued by the 3rd respondent dated 20.02.2025 as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, violative of principles of natural justice and offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently set aside the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 10.02.2025 and consequential notice dated 20.02.2025 of the 3rd respondent .
