Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P., the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings and consequential actions pursuant to AAO No. ZH371120OD79196 dated 27.11.2020 for the year 2016-17 and 2017-18 passed by the Respondent No. 1, including penalty and recovery proceedings, pending disposal of WP No. 6251 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

Having regard to the fact that in similar circumstances, this Court in W.P. No. 4997 of 2019, passed an interim order, there shall be stay of the impugned order dated $27-11-2020$ passed by the 1^st respondent on the condition of the petitioner depositing $25%$ of the amount demanded in the impugned order within a period of six weeks.
