WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented this case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, through his counsel Sri L.V.S. Nagaraju, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondent for contempt of court for flouting and violating the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No. 10955 of 2019 dated 21-12-2021.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri L.V.S. Nagaraju, Advocate for the petitioner, directed issuance of notice before admission to respondent to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.

Therefore, you namely;
