Heard Sri P.Mallikharjuna Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Dilip Naik, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps & Registration.

$2.$ When the matter is taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader collectively submitted that, the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.30388/2023 dated 23.11.2023, which was passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court by following various orders passed by this Court and accordingly prayed to pass similar order in this writ petition also.

  1. Taking the submissions of both the learned counsel into consideration and following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition also stands disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.30388/2023 dated 23.11.2023.

  2. In the light of the above said order and for the reasons alike, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent to receive and process the document for registration that may be presented by the petitioner, if the same is otherwise in accordance with law and is in compliance with the provisions of the Registration and Stamps Act. There shall be no order as to costs.

  3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
