The above contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to summon the respondent and to punish him for disobeying the orders . passed in C.F.R. No. 1741 of 2022 dated 25.11.2022 on the file of the Court of Special Judicial First Class Magistrate (Prohibition <sup>85</sup> Excise), Kurnool.
2. appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the orders in the above said C.F.R., a case in F.l.R. No.284 of 2022, dated 29.12.2022 for the offence under Section 409 of IPC was registered against the accused. Learned counsel for the petitioner endorses the same.
