ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is called to the Police Station and pressurized by the 4th respondent to settle the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.5 & 6. It is submitted that no case was registered against the petitioner.

  1. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 submits that one Sri Vasilli Sri Nageshbabu has submitted a report in the Public Grievance Redressal System to the 2nd respondent alleging that the petitioner had sold the plots to the 6th respondent through one R.Usha. In that regard, the petitioner is called to the Police Station.

  2. It is submitted that the preliminary enquiry under Section 173 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (for short the BNSS) Act, 2023 has been conducted. The petitioner is only called for the purpose of enquiry as per the provisions under Section 173 of BNSS Act.

  3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
