		No.72<br>of<br>2009,<br>on<br>the<br>file<br>of<br>the<br>learned
		Additional Sessions<br>Judge, Hindupur, requiring
		the accused to appear before this Court, failing
		which, the order dated 22.02.2010, suspending
		the sentence of imprisonment and enlarging the
		petitioner on bail would be recalled.
