WHEREAS the Appellant above named through its Advocate Sri VINOD KUMAR TARLADA (SC FOR APSRTC) presented this Appeal filed under Order 173 of Motor Vehicle Act praying that the Highcourt may be pleased to allow the appeal by setting aside the Judgment and Decree passed by Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal -Cum- I Additional District Judge, West Godavari at Eluru passed in M.V.O.P.No.45/2018 dated 22.09.2023;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Vinod Kumar Tarlada, (SC FOR APSRTC) Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this MOTOR ACCIDENT CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL should not be admitted.
