WHEREAS the petitioners have presented, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the above case through their Advocate Sri B. RAMA'KRISHNA NAIK, praying the High Court to punish the Contemnors / Respondents herein, for their willful, wanton and disobedience in not implementing the orders dated $22.10.2020$ of this Hon'ble Court passed in Writ Petition No. 15388 of 2020.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing, and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, the earlier orders dt. 16.04.2021 and 19.03.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri B. RAMA KRISHNA NAIK, Advocate for petitioners and of Sri Kiran Kumar Vadlamudi, Advocate for Respondents No. 1 to 3' and of Sri I.Koti Reddy, Advocate for Respondents No. 4, $\mathscr{I}$ and $\mathscr{I}$ , of Sri P.Subash, Advocate, for Respondent No. $\phi$ , made the following:

ORDER:-

"Sri B.Ramakrishna Naik, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the respondents proceeded with the construction till 16.4.2021 and only on 17.4.2021, they stopped the construction work. Learned counsel also submits that the contractor, who has taken construction work, was paid by the respondents and to ascertain the facts with regard to payment of work and for the work done by the contractor for which period that payment was made, he filed an application under R T.I. before the respondents and it is pending.

Learned counsel for the petitioners sought time to file an appropriate application along with all those documents.

Post on 18.6.2021.

The appearance of the respondents is dispensed with at present."
