ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining the violation of order dated 22.10.2020 in W.P.No.15388 of 2020.

  1. W.P.No.15388 of 2020 is filed to declare the action of the respondents more particularly the 7th respondent in causing obstructions in construction of house in an extent of Ac.0-12 cents in Sy.No.386 of Namburu Village, Peda Kakani Mandal, Guntur District as illegal and arbitrary.

  2. By order dated 22.10.2020 in W.P.No.15388 of 2020, this Court granted interim order as follows:

"Having heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and upon perusal of the material available on record, there shall be an Interim direction to maintain status quo as on today for a period of (4) weeks."

  1. The interim order is extended from time to time.

  2. Later W.P.No.15388 of 2020 was dismissed. While dismissing the writ petition, it was observed that that the identity of the property is in dispute. When the identity of the property is in dispute, this Court is of the opinion that the respondents did not violate the order passed by this Court on 22.10.2020.

  3. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
