Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the Judgment and Decree dated 31.10.2023 passed in A.S. No. 43 of 2016 on the file of the XI Additional District Judge, Tenali; Guntur District allowing the appeal by setting aside the Judgment and Decree dt.09.11.2015 passed in OS. No. 88 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tenali, Guntur District and thereby restraining the respondents from interfering the suit schedule property, Pending disposal of SA No. 134 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

ORDER:

"Heard.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, since the second appeal has been admitted, there shall be an Interim Suspension of the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.43 of 2016 till 07.01.2025."
