Learned Counsel for the Petitioner WOuld Submit that in Similar circumstances this court granted an interim .order in w.p.No.3678O of 2O22, dated 14.ll.2022, and requested tO Pass a Slmilar Order in the Present Writ petition also.

Hence, in View Of the aforesaid Order, this Court -ls inclined to Pass the sim-llar order in this case also.

Therefore, there Sha" be an inter-lm direction tO the respondents tO continue the serv-lce of the petitioner herein ti" he attains the age of superannuation of 62 years.
