Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to quash the order dated 27.11.2019 passed in Crl.RP.No.132 of 2017 on the file of the court of the VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, at Eluru.

This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of none appeared for the Respondent No.2.

Despite the matter is being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', none represented for the petitioner.

Resultantly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
