WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented this case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971 r/w Article 215 of the Constitution of India, above case through their counsel Sri SRINIVASA RAO NARRA, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for their utter disobedience and disregard shown to the order in W.P. No.22390 of 2022, dated 29.08.2022;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Srinivasa Rao Narra, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the Respondent No.2 & 4, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
