This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.152 of 2012 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Srikakulam, which was transferred to Special Mobile Court, Srikakulam.
As per the case status information report, the above C.C. has already been decided on 11.12.2017. Therefore, this petition has now rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications, shall stand closed.
