WHEREAS the petitioners has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the above case through their counsel Sri P.R. BALARAMI REDDY, praying the High Court to summon and punish the Contemnors / Respondents herein, for their willful disobedience of the orders dated 10-09-2018 passed by the High Court in IA No. 1 of 2018 in No. WP No. 24556 of 2018, in the interest of justice.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.R. BALARAMI REDDY, Advocate for the petitioners, directed issuance of notice before admission to the respondent No. 2 herein, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.

Therefore, you namely:
